By inspecting the freight upon arrival, you can quickly identify whether the product is in good condition for you to install or if it is damaged and you need to refuse the shipment. When the product is damaged in transit, we can manage the freight claim process to get new product shipped to you at no charge. Please read the Freight Inspection Instructions to ensure you properly refuse any damaged freight.
If you do not inspect the freight at the time it arrives with the driver still present and the product is damaged, you have no recourse but to repurchase new glass. We can only file a freight claim for damaged product that is identified and refused upon delivery.
